Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a 20-year Master Plan of Port Macquarie Airport (PQQ). To select the consultant PMHC has elected to conduct a two-stage appointment process as follows:

• Stage one: An open Expression of Interest - EOI to develop a short list of suitably experienced and qualified consultants. The shortlisted consultants would then be invited to participate in stage two.

• Stage two: Shortlisted consultants to respond to a detailed Request for Proposal to provide Master Planning services.

As council have elected to adopt a two stage process, the initial EOI stage will be shortened at 8 days.
