⁠⁠⁠Summary

Cushman & Wakefield acts as an Agent to School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Western Sydney Region and seeks to engage Local Contractors for the provision of proactive maintenance services to public school assets in the region.

The focus is on the engagement of Local Contractors based as close as possible to the schools they service, ideally within 30 minutes or 50 kilometers. If you or your business can self-deliver proactive maintenance services to schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process.

Local Contractors are being sought to provide the following proactive services:

Enquiries

Request for Information (RFI) should be directed via the online forum no later than the RFI Closure date below. Cushman & Wakefield and SINSW personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Verbal, or emailed RFIs will not be accepted.

Submissions

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
