The Department is seeking Offers for the conservation and refurbishment of the Special Handling Unit meeting room and gallery space at Fremantle Prison. A suitable Contractor with experience in working on heritage sites with stonemasonry repairs is required to oversee the works and to make good to significant heritage fabric.

A site visit will be held at Fremantle Prison, 1 The Terrace, Fremantle on 12 December 2023 2:00 PM.

Project Site located Fremantle Prison, Fremantle (Tenderers to assemble at Fremantle Prison main gate for registration and sign in)

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
