ABOUT THE REQUEST FOR TENDER RFT SOUTHERN TASMANIA REGIONAL LAND USE STRATEGY.

This request for tenders is being administered by the City of Hobart (the "Hobart City Council"), on behalf of the Southern Tasmanian Councils Authority (STCA).

SUBMISSION: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Submission must be fully received by the closing time as a late submission will not be accepted. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.

PRE-TENDER BRIEFING: A pre-tender briefing will be held at 10.00 am on Thursday 30 November 2023. Further details are available in the tender documents.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tender closes at 3pm Tasmanian time on 21 December 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondents as it sees fit. Council staff is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
