ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Gilgandra is located in the central west of New South Wales approximately half way between Melbourne and Brisbane and approximately 45 minutes north of the regional centre of Dubbo. Gilgandra has a population of 2700 people with 4700 living in the district.

ABOUT THE QUOTATION: Gilgandra Shire Council (GSC) is committed to developing a high level Childcare (Ages 0-12) Strategy aligned to the broader Gilgandra Region Community Strategic Plan.

The Community Childcare (0-12) Strategy seeks to review the current and future needs of child care in our Region for children aged 0-12, foster community engagement, ensure that families are cared for and align with health, economic, and social development, particularly to align with Council's Towards 5000 population vision.

SUBMISSIONS: Gilgandra Shire Council requests submission of Quotations via the electronic tender box (see option below) using either the word or pdf version of the Schedule.

STATEMENT OF BUSINESS ETHICS: Gilgandra Shire Council will undertake this tender in accordance with its Statement of Business Ethics.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Quotations close at 11am on Monday, 4 December 2023 and submissions must be FULLY RECEIVED BY THIS TIME. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quotation process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
