North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) is seeking an offer for the development of a 5-Year Youth Mental Health Service Vision.

The vision is to be informed by young people, family/significant others, service providers, YMH and MHPHDS Leadership and key youth partner agencies in the Northern Region of Metropolitan Perth.

In the preceding 5 years, The NMHS youth mental health program has experienced changes with new service addition, realignment of catchment areas and leadership changes. The program has undergone some stabilisation in the 2023 period and is now looking to add strategic direction in a coordinated approach.

The vision will need to be a contemporary document that describes the values of the youth mental health program, the strategic priorities, and the projected actions over the 5 years. It will be a base for pushing the agenda for developing the youth mental health program within NMHS but may also be an influential document for potential broader reform agendas across WA.
