The City of Gold Coast would like to invite capable and experienced contractors to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) Offers for the following projects:
- Dixon Reserve Park Upgrade, Pimpama
- Washington Waters Park Upgrade, Southport
- John Laws Park and Rudd Park Upgrade, Burleigh Heads
- Kerkin Road Adventure Parklands, Coomera
- Woodroffe Park Upgrade, Southport
- Junior Rugby League and Southern Sporting Precincts of Pizzey Park, Miami
- Pizzey Park - The HUB and Main Entry, Miami
- Firth Park Netball Facility, Mudgeeraba
These projects are located in a variety of urban and natural settings, providing opportunities for the City to provide a variety of open space and recreation facilities and experiences once they are completed. These projects also give opportunity for the local landscape character to be explored and enhanced through landscape designs that are site specific and create a sense of place.
