Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Naremburn Local Centre - Streetscape Upgrade.

The role of the Construction Firm (Principal Contractor) is to construct the Artarmon Town Centre as per the drawings and specification prepared by the consultant team.

Extent of Works are to include, but are not limited to: preliminaries, demolition, excavation, roadworks, drainage, paving, electrical, constructing of retaining walls and stairs, manufacture and install of bespoke shade structure, installation of street furniture and fixtures, installation of new street signage, landscape and planting including plant establishment, kerb and gutter and reinstatement works for all damaged areas.

The works will require the Contractor to stage and or phase the works to cause least impact to the operation of the Local Centre Businesses and community.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at Quiamong Street Naremburn, commencing at 10:30am on 30 November 2023. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tenders are to be submitted online at: (see option below) - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:

"The Chief Executive Officer

T09-2023 Naremburn Local Centre - Streetscape Upgrade" and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Ground Floor, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 13 December 2023.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
