Tender Description

William angliss institute is seeking for a competitive quotation for Invitation to Supply and Deliver Perishable and Non-Perishable Foods for a period of 3 years in Melbourne and Sydney campus.

The supply of food products is essential to the Institutes training programs. These products are used in practical training kitchens, Angliss Restaurant, Bistro and retail outlets. The supply of these goods is regularly tendered so as to ensure that the Institute is receiving value for money.

The scope of service is for suppliers to supply and deliver a range of food products to the Institute on a regular basis to meet the teaching and operational needs of the Institute. This includes flour, oil, eggs, meat, poultry, fish, herbs and spices, sauces, drinks, etc.

The key objective of this tender is to ensure that all goods, dry or frozen, are delivered on time and in accordance with any all-regulatory conditions and requirements of Food Safety Victoria and the Institutes approved Food Safety Plan.
