Coolgardie Liquid Waste Facility Construction Works

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Coolgardie is seeking to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the construction of the Liquid Waste Facility at the Site for the Shire of Coolgardie as set out in the specification included in the Request for Tender. The works are broken down into the following Separable Portions:

Separable Portion 1: General Site Works, including clearing of vegetation and unsuitable material (noting that majority of the clearing has already been completed by the Principal) and temporary fencing.

Separable Portion 2: General Earthworks to formation levels of two anaerobic ponds and one evaporation pond

Separable Portion 3: Anaerobic ponds, installation of vapour barrier and supply of two in-situ reinforced anaerobic ponds and discharge pits.

Separable Portion 4: Evaporation Pond, installation of compacted subgrade layer and supply and installation of HDPE geomembrane

Separable Portion 5: Piping, supply and installation of outlet piping and dewatering infrastructure.

Separable Portion 6: general site finishing works and permanent fencing.

Subject to the provisions as set out in section 1.11 of the Request for Tender, the Shire reserves the right not to award any Separable Portions or to award Separable Portions to various Tenderers.

Mandatory Site Visit

The Shire of Coolgardie accepts no responsibility for submitted tenders failing to be in the portal at the time and the date of closing.

Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify tenders.
