The City of Canning proposes to lease a 425qm portion of and at Unit A7 & 8, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool to Delta Vision Business Pty Ltd T/A Bengal Bay Workwear for a consideration of $7,786.80 excluding GST per annum. This i a renewal of a previous lease arrangement, with an annual increase applied. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $8,400 ex GST per annum.

Its a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
