Tender Description

  1. The intent is for the contractor to provide a design and construction solution for the works as per the scope guide for the new sealed cul-de-sac and water table installation.
  2. The site shows evidence of limestone and as such the design heights can be elevated to minimise rock breaking.
  3. Ensure new works do not create general landscape pooling/flooding on existing properties.
  4. The objective is to award all works to a sole contractor.
  5. the general commercial terms of the proposed agreement between the successful Tenderer and the Council.
