Tender Description
To shortlist via an Expression of Interest suitable construction contractors for the Bowden and Prospect Affordable Housing Apartments. Two Shortlist(s) are anticipated to be created from the process. One for each location will be used in a Stage 2 Invitation to Supply (ITS) procurement process for both the individual apartment projects at Bowden Lot 51 and Prospect Lot 18/59.
