Tender Description
TMR is establishing a Contract for a new public transit app and associated services to replace the current MyTranslink app.
Through this ITO Translink is looking for a supplier to deploy and manage a new commerical-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution which can deliver the same core functionality as MyTranslink app. Other initiatives include: working with Translink to customise/configure the app to use Translink's design system; monitoring app technical performance, customer feedback and user behaviour; and actively manage the contract to ensure app user satisfcation against feedback and agreed KPIs.
