You should not open nor respond to this EOI if you are not a large Electrical Engineering Company capable of supplying and installing approximately 17km of 500mm2 132kV cable and 1600mm 132KV capable and underground fibre optic cable in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
More specifically, Evoenergy (ACT Electricity Distribution Utility) is seeking a Lead Contractor to undertake a predominately construct only contract, with elements of "design and construct" for underboring and cable/joint/termination selection for supply and installation of approximately 6.3km of 3x1C 500mm2 132kV cable, supply and installation of approximately 1.5km of 3x1C 1600mm2 132kV cable and supply and installation of approximately 7.5km of underground Fibre Optic cable ; replacement of approximately 1.3km OHEW with OPGW; associated civil works including trenching and underboring ; decommissioning and site remediation of Causeway Switching Station.
