Our current retail systems are not designed to support our strategic goals or enable the operating model required to sustain a successful business.

This has far-reaching and significant consequences for our customers (such as extended pre-payment outages) and hinders our commercial sustainability.

We have embarked on a Retail Systems Transformation project to define our future state requirements and architecture, assesses product and technology options and develop a detailed implementation road-map to deliver fit-for-purpose systems that address both current issues and emerging requirements.

The RFI is an opportunity for Horizon Power to test its requirements are fit for purpose and explore market options for product selection and implementation.

We welcome responses to this RFI where an organisation may provide partial coverage of the proposed scope as long as the response clearly articulated the scope it covers.  However, we will also favourably consider product vendors, system integrators and other partners that collaborate to provide greater or full coverage of our scope than they might achieve individually.
