Bounded by the Great Barrier Reef to the east and sandstone wilderness in the west, Livingstone Shire is located within the Fitzroy Region of Central Queensland and covers 11,800 square kilometres on the Capricorn Coast. The major urban townships of Yeppoon and Emu Park are where the majority of the population reside, our beautiful rural areas include Byfield, Cawarral, The Caves, Stanage, Marlborough, Glenlee and Glendale.

Council services a population of 40,000. Our major industries include retail, tourism, education and training, health care and social assistance, construction and agriculture.

Livingstone Shire Council is seeking to source suitably qualified suppliers for its Preferred Supplier Arrangement Plumbing, Water, Sewer and Pipe Fittings Services Contract requirements.

Objective

Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for PSA Supply and Delivery Plumbing, Water, Sewer and Pipe Fittings Tender No. 2023.026 as per specification.

The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services, including in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards.

Council’s requirements in relation to the Services are set out in Section 2 of this Invitation (Technical Specification).
