Tender Description
The project is for the construction of a new Clubhouse and Golf Pro Shop at Seacliff Golf Course. The works will include demolition of existing facilities, liaison with stakeholders, construction of new buildings with all services, landscaping, civil works - car park, drainage, pavements.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is an open process to seek submissions from suitably experienced building contractors. Contractors are to be prequalified with the South Australian Department for Infrastructure and Transport General Building Contractor to GBC Registration Category Level 2 at a minimum.
The intention of the EOI is to select a limited number of Contractors to participate in a Select Tender for the actual construction works.
The EOI evaluation criteria and weightings are shown in Part A Conditions of EOI.
An EOI briefing and site inspection is not envisaged.
