Zeehan & Queenstown Parks Redevelopment

⁠⁠⁠Headley Faull's Park & Howards Park Redevelopment.

Construction and landscaping of two parks on the West Coast of Tasmania, located in Queenstown and Zeehan.

West Coast Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors to redevelop these two parks which have been designed by Tasmanian Landscape Architects Play Street.

Response form and schedule of rates must be completed fully and submitted as well as your intended time frame.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents can be downloaded after registration has been completed.

Please note that Council Staff cannot answer individual enquiries outside of the online forum and should not be contacted directly.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses should only be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission receipt timed and dated upon completion.

West Coast Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.

All submissions MUST be made online . Any submissions made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.

CLOSING DATE & TIME: Tenders close at 4:00pm AEST on 23rd November 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
