• 1 page cover letter on Council’s letter head, single sided printing, colour, barcode address for postal discount.

• 3 pages information sheet – to be printed in colour, double sided printing, A4.

• 6 pages Community Survey – to be printed in colour, double sided printing, A4.

• 1 reply-paid DL envelope, single sided black and white

• Word documents and addresses in Excel will be supplied once finalised. 

• All are to be folded and posted using DLX size envelope. Printed double sided colour

• Total number of letters (cover letter + information sheet + survey) = 5,200
