Design and Construct of Pump Track at George Burnett Park

The City of South Perth is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to design and construct a pump track at George Burnett Park, Karawara. The successful Tenderer will also be required to participate in stakeholder engagement activities including developing its own engagement plan.

Tenderers shall provide a fixed lump sum fee ,ex GST, for the Services/Works required and a Schedule of Rates for any incidental work that may be required by the Principal.

It is a requirement that pump track will achieve practical completion by 30 June 2025.

The mandatory site briefing at at 2pm, Wednesday, 8 November 2023 at George Burnett Park, Manning Road, Karawara WA 6152. Attendance is a prerequisite to submitting a Tender.

The resultant Contract will be awarded to a sole Tenderer that best demonstrates value for money for the City.

The City

The City of South Perth is a medium-sized metropolitan local government authority in the inner southern suburbs of Perth's Western Australian capital city. The City's Civic Centre is located on the corner of Sandgate Street and South Terrace, South Perth. The City also operates from other locations, including its Operations Centre at 199 Thelma Street, Como.
