Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Repairs to the Prep Outdoor Learning Areas at Mudgeeraba State School, located at 32-48 Old Coach Road, Mudgeeraba, QLD, 4213, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Programme (TMP 2023/24).
The scope of works comprises repairs to 2no. outdoor learning areas in the prep block vicinity including ground preparations and the removal and replacement of existing timber retaining walls, pavers, footways and planters.
All works are to be completed by March 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licenses to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M
