The Parliamentary Service Talent team is embarking on the next evolution of their journey which is centered on the customer experience (CX). To enhance the CX, the team is re-designing the process from the ground up focusing on efficient and user-friendly business processes and systems. Technology plays a significant role in the collaboration between the hiring manager, the recruitment function, the candidate, and other persons involved in the recruitment. Consequently, the Parliamentary Service is looking to understand the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) market offerings to help inform potential future procurement activity.
