The City of Moonee Valley is tendering for a Principal Contractor for the refurbishment of the Essendon Rowing Club building at 48 The Boulevard, Moonee Ponds.

This tender is for delivery via a Fully Documented Lump Sum Construction Contract (AS2124-1992 As Amended). The Essendon Rowing Club refurbishment (this project) will provide upgraded changerooms and toilets, a new DDA toilet and accessible access to the first floor via a new ramp and lift. Essendon Rowing Club members will require temporary amenities and ongoing access to the ground floor storage area (club boats and gymnasium) during construction. As the Maribyrnong River is popular for active recreation, the rowing club carpark will need to remain open to recreational visitors during the refurbishment works.
