Randwick City Council is tendering to establish a panel of suitable suppliers for the maintenance, repair of civil infrastructure and minor new works.
The services required include:
1. Electrical services
2. Plumbing services including Sewer choke clearance.
3. Water treatment plants including pumps and pits and water bores maintenances and consultancy.
4. Irrigation supply, installation, maintenances, and consultancy.
5. Central Management Systems for irrigation, water treatment plants, flood lights, pumps, GPT and BBQ;
6. Occupational hygienist
7. Asbestos removal
8. Fencing – Supply and Install
9. Floodlight design, supply and maintenance
10. Pest control
11. Playground safety inspections and miscellaneous services
12. Shade Sail Works
13. Drainage Maintenances-Gross pollutant trap, Stormwater Pipe and pump well clearance / maintenance/modification
14. Turf Drainage – Sand Slit Drainage
