Site Works: Horseshoe Bay Holiday Park Cabin Replacement (Tiny Houses)

Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Respondents for the provision of Site works to Area 2 for the installation of four (4) with an option of another two (2) Tiny houses or similar construction including connection to services in accordance with the requirements identified in the MVC Holiday Park Building Specification.

Council reserves the right to enter into a contract with one or more contractors based on evaluations of each project.

Tenders should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and lodged in the electronic tender box prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements.

The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted. General enquiries may be addressed to the online forum accessed on the portal.
