Tender Description
Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the provision of Site Works to Safari Tents in accordance with the requirements identified in the Specification.
The works include establishment of the site compound, locating and modification of the inground services (power, water and sewer) to suite the requirements (pick-up locations) of the Safari Tents, site levelling, crushed rock paths, parking spaces and co-ordination of the install of the Safari Tents (supply and install by others).
Council reserves the right to enter into a contract with one or more contractors based on evaluations of each project.
Tenders should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and lodged in the electronic tender box prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements.
The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
The Councils Local Preference Purchasing Procedure adopted on 20 March 2018 applies to this Tender.
