SINSW Hunter Central Coast Proactive Roof and Gutter Cleans & Stormwater pits Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Cushman & Wakefield acts as an Agent to School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Hunter and Central Coast Region and seeks to engage Local Contractors for the provision of proactive maintenance services to public school assets in the region.

The focus is on the engagement of Local Contractors based as close as possible to the Schools they service, ideally within 30 minutes or 50 kilometers. If you or your business can self-deliver proactive maintenance services to schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process.

Local Contractors are being sought to provide the following proactive service:

•  Service 19 Roof and Gutter Cleans, Stormwater pits, Strip drains and closed/charged systems

Submissions

Completed responses must be submitted in the electronic tender box. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

To submit a compliant proposal the following documents must be fully completed and returned.

Enquiries

Request for Information (RFI) should be directed online forum no later than the RFI Closure date below. Cushman & Wakefield and SINSW personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Verbal, or emailed RFIs will not be accepted.
