Affordable and Diverse Housing - Sale of Surplus City Owned Residential Property

⁠⁠⁠The Council of the City of Sydney invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Acquisition of Surplus Residential Properties for Affordable and / or Diverse Housing in accordance with this request.

The surplus residential properties available for acquisition through a two-stage divestment process include:

Property 1: 169 Victoria Street, Beaconsfield;

Property 2: Units 7 & 8, Springfield Palms, No. 12 Springfield Avenue, Potts Point; and

Property 3: 5-17 Norman Street Darlinghurst.

The City is inviting applications from not-for-profit organisations, community housing providers and / or consortiums to acquire one or more of the properties for the purpose of refurbishing and managing the properties to provide affordable and / or diverse housing.
