Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Remediate, repair and replace any damaged internal and external components of the temporary housing dwellings across the Northern Rivers; and Delivery of planned preventative maintenance services to 11 temporary accommodation sites (including dwellings, offices and amenities).

Additional Details / Instructions

MEETING- A non – mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed for 8-November-2023. The meeting will be held across three (3) sites. Tenderers are NOT required to attend all three (3) sites on the day. The intent is to show three (3) sites for the pre-tender meeting so that tenderers can get a good understanding of the sites.
