Waste Services

⁠⁠⁠This procurement is for the provision of comprehensive waste services (Contract Works) including:

• All kerbside collection services (existing and new) including transporting material to the Respondents Nominated Processing Facilities and Broadlands landfill, and

• The operation of Broadlands Resource Recovery Centre (RRC) including green waste and C&D waste processing.

• The operation of Transfer Stations - Kinloch, Mangakino, Turangi, Omori TS and Whareroa. Including the haulage of all refuse to Broadlands Landfill and all other materials from all TS’s and Broadlands RRC to the Respondent Nominated Processing Facilities

• The processing of all recovered material, recyclables, and organics.

This procurement excludes the operation of Broadlands landfill (waste disposal) which is covered under a separate contract.
