Tender Description
Southern Downs Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for construction only of 3 separate toilet blocks and ancillaries. The redevelopment of the three toilet blocks addresses the communities need for amenities for local engagements and sporting events as well as a rest and picnic area for visitors.
Additionally, the existing toilet blocks have not been refurbished and fall short of current day standards and amenity levels.
