Tender Description
The purpose of the consultancy services is to develop site-specific plan of management and master plan for:
1. Jarvie Park, Marrickville
2. Wicks Park, Marrickville
3. Camperdown Memorial Rest Park, Newtown
4. Jack Shanahan Reserve, Dulwich Hill
5. Richard Murden Reserve, Haberfield
including activities to:
• Undertake site and planning context analysis
• Undertake community engagement activities and prepare associated outcome reports
• Support internal engagement activities within Council
• Develop site-specific plan of management and master plan for each of the five parks meeting relevant legislation requirements
• Prepare high-level cost estimates for the proposed works in the master plans
