Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Car Park at Harrisville State School, located at 17 Hall St, Harrisville QLD 4307, as part of the Targeted Maintenance program (TMP).
The project scope includes the redesign and resurfacing of the current staff car park and landscaping to the surrounding areas. The position of the car park is at the front of the school with site access from the street. All works are to be completed by January 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licenses to undertake the entire scope of works.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ license will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
