Tender Description
Centacare New England North West (NENW) require an internal reconfiguration and a more functional layout within their Tamworth office to meet the co-location of headspace Tamworth.
Centacare NENW programs will be co-located with headspace programs, servicing the mental health and wellbeing of Tamworth and surrounding areas.
Plans have been developed to allow for a redevelopment of the current site at 201 Marius Street. The partial redevelopment of the ground floor, and partial redevelopment of offices on level 1.
A staged redevelopment is proposed, to allow for operations to continue during the demolition and construction, which includes (but is not limited to):
1. Demolition as per plans
2. Construction of new internal offices and client areas.
3. Electrical, data and lighting
4. Internal glazing
5. Fitout & building works
6. Floor coverings, painting, tiling and waterproofing
