Council is initially seeking EOIs to understand the range of potential service providers in the market that may be capable of delivering sessional kindergartens in Council-owned buildings. Stage 1 provides information to interested early years’ stakeholders about the early years’ sites and opportunities that will be on offer at each site. Stage 1 also gathers basic information from interested applicants, which will be reviewed by a Council review panel to determine successful candidates.
