Townsville Catholic Education Office is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Building Contractors for

MARY HELP OF CHRISTIANS CATHOLIC COLLEGE, SHAW, TOWNSVILLE STAGE 1

Scope of Works: Stage 1 – Construction of a two storey administration and library hub comprising of multiple classrooms and flexible teaching spaces for science, art, music, design, learning support, technology and amenities. Construction of a covered physical education area comprising a flexible learning area, canteen, change room, book hire, uniform shop and physical education stores. Construction of a staff carpark and student set-down facilities.

Construction is required to be complete for the commencement of the School for 2025 classes.

Building Contractors can contact the Architect (admin@tmarchitects.com.au) to request a pre-tender scope of works package. This will be provided at the discretion of the client and will not form any part of the tender or contract.

From the response to the Expressions of Interest, a shortlist of tenderers will be selected.

Expressions of Interest are to be e-mailed to the office of the architect and received no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 8th of November, 2023.
