Gladstone Entertainment and Convention Centre Café/Restaurant Lease and Catering Bar Services

GRC is seeking a suitably experienced commercial operator to lease a café/restaurant located in the heart of the Gladstone City’s entertainment precinct and directly connected to Central QLD’s Premier Events venue – the GECC at 58 Goondoon Street, Gladstone. GRC are also seeking a suitably experienced operator to deliver catering and bar services at the GECC.

This Invitation to Tender is offered as two portions:

1. Portion A – Café/Restaurant Lease. For the operation of an existing café/restaurant situated adjacent to the GECC in Goondoon Street, Gladstone; and

2. Portion B – Catering and Bar Services. For the delivery of food preparation, catering and beverage services from within the GECC, associated with venue events and functions

GRC’s preference is to appoint one supplier to deliver both portions, however as the café/restaurant and catering and bar services can be operated independently of each other, Tenderers are invited to bid on one, or both portions depending on their capabilities.
