Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project consists of the construction of footpath and associated works on McGibbony Street, Ararat.

The contractor is responsible for the construction of footpath and all associated work in accordance with this scope of works, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and materials.

The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e. working in road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.
