Council requires a proven, experienced implementation partner to implement TechnologyOne’s “OneCouncil” CiAnywhere Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution in accordance with Council’s ERP Modernization Roadmap in section 3.6 below (ERP Implementation Services).

In establishing this strategic relationship for an Implementation Partner to deliver the ERP Implementation Services, Council’s expectation of the Implementation Partner include:

• Taking overall responsibility for delivery of the ERP Modernization Roadmap within agreed time, quality, cost and scope parameters;

• Aligning with Council’s vision, mission and values (Our vision, mission and values | Redland City Council) and maintain consistent focus on flexibility, effective change management and value for money outcomes for the Redlands community;

• Working collaboratively with Council’s employees, contractors and vendors, including TechnologyOne, to align to a single integrated program management plan and resourcing schedule;

• Proactively sharing and transferring knowledge to Council resources throughout the program to uplift digital and organizational capabilities and ensure systems can be supported post go-live; and

• Providing professional advice, guidance and recommendations to optimize the successful delivery of the program and maximize the benefits of ERP modernization to Council’s operations, employees, customers and community.
