Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The portion of works outlined in this scope of work refers to the Operations and Maintenance(O & M) Building which is to be completed on a turnkey basis (Design, Procure, Construct, Commission). The O & M building will comprise:

• A portal frame structure housing the warehouse and office facility.

• Profiled metal colour bond cladding (cottage green in colour);

• Dedicated septic tank system;

• 10kL Rainwater Tank;

• External water supplies;

• LV AC power and distribution boards, and communications.

• Fire Indicator Panel.

Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable Contractors via an Invitation to Tender
