Tender Description
Byron Shire Council requires the services of a local Building Company to provide project works to Lilly Pilly Preschool Brunswick Heads NSW 2483.
- The goods and/or services involved include Replacement of existing Roof, external cladding, drainage control measures, minor interior repairs.
- As the preschool is in operation year-round, works are to coincide with NSW School Holiday period/s. It is anticipated works are to begin early January 2024.
