Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The specialists will review all existing recruitment, procurement and onboarding processes and reporting functionality to map out the Corporate branch’s current activities against the branch’s anticipated optimal activities and best practice. It is anticipated that this review process will also identify duplication within and across teams within the Corporate branch.

The review of processes will inform the delivery of corporate process maps and propose and implement solutions that enable accurate and timely processing, as well as data collection to enable effective services to the agency and management reporting.

The specialists will have an advanced level of understanding and experience in corporate functions and activities, including Human Resources, finance and procurement, security, and ICT operations.

The specialists would also have demonstrated ability to provide advice to the Corporate branch in relation to business and data analytic and its use in facilitating decision making.

Technical Capability

The successful candidates will work together to deliver the following tasks:

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels within the corporate team to drive an understanding of business processes and improvement.
  • Document and review current corporate processes and workflows.
  • Conduct maturity assessments on current corporate processes
  • Review onboarding information and identify duplicate and obsolete information, processes and documents.
  • Support the design of solutions for improvement and/or automation, in consultation with Corporate teams, with a view to improve performance and decrease inefficiencies.
  • Review and provide advice on data and information keeping and compilation practices with a view to minimalize manual data entry and manipulation.
  • Communicate effectively between key stakeholders across Corporate and the DTA, to ensure all updated processes and workflows are implemented and managed effectively to benefit all DTA.
  • With the input from corporate team stakeholders, design the appropriate data visualisations templates including but not limited to monthly HR and Finance management reports, key statistics updates.
  • Develop (or update) all relevant and required standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to the Corporate branch for ongoing management of processes and reporting tools.
