Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders for the supply and delivery of Plumbing Pipes & Fittings in order to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) with the successful tenderer.
It is Council’s intention to establish a PSA for a period of one (1) year. However, Council may by giving written notice to the Tenderer, extend the term of the PSA for a further 2 terms of 12 months at the sole discretion of Council based on, but not limited to, performance, pricing, delivery.
