Expression of Interest | Lease of Café – Albany Regional (Harry Riggs) Airport Terminal

⁠⁠⁠The City of Albany invites Expressions of Interest for the lease of the café area at the Albany (Harry Riggs) Regional Airport Terminal for a proposed lease term being a minimum of 5 years.

An Expression of Interest document can be obtained by emailing the Property and Leasing Team at leases@albany.wa.gov.au or by phone at 6820 3074.

Submissions should be marked with ‘Expression of Interest – Lease of Café Albany Regional Airport’ and can be hand-delivered to the City of Albany Administration Office, 102 North Road Yakamia, or emailed to staff@albany.wa.gov.au by 2.00 pm, Friday 10 November 2023.
