Tender Description
Further to Council’s Invitation to Tender for Supplier Arrangement for Engineering Design Services (SA227) which closed on 1 August 2023, Council wishes to advise that Tenders are continuing to be evaluated.
In accordance with clause 5.7 of the Tender Process Terms, the validity of Tenders is due to expire on 30 October 2023.
Council therefore wishes to extend the validity period for all Tenders for a further sixty days (60) days, expiring 29 December 2023.
Please respond to this Notice to Respondents and indicate your acceptance or otherwise of these terms via QTenders no later than 12 noon, Monday 30 October 2023.
