Tender Description
The works shall encompass the local government boundaries of Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council. Bituminous surfacing services shall include a full design of the seal or reseal, provision of all materials including pre-coated aggregate and bitumen, application of the binder and aggregate and incorporation of the aggregate. The works shall include the total maintenance of records, management of the site, including traffic control until all the aggregate has either finally bedded into the seal or been swept off the road
