Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Contractors for Dudley Reserve Play space Upgrade - Design and Construct work. The work is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the pricing schedules herein.
Contract: AS 4902 - 2000
Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)
All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on the 2 November 2023 at 10:00 AM.
Should the respondent fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, its tender will not be considered.
