Tender Description

Bourke Shire Council is establishing a panel of suppliers to provide it with a range of building trades and services, and accompanying goods, as the case may be. The Panel will operate for an initial period of two (2) year's, with a further 2-year option term available, solely at Councils discretion. The Panel Arrangement will allow for accepted Suppliers to adjust their service offering (including price) on an annual basis, or at Council's discretion. In addition, the Panel Arrangement will be refreshed on an annual basis or at the Council's discretion allowing for existing Suppliers to withdraw and new Suppliers to be added.

Tenders for the provision of Building Trades and Services to Bourke Shire Council are invited from suitably qualified and experienced parties with the capacity and willingness to provide such services, and goods if and when required, for inclusion on the Panel list, with tenders being received up to 12.00 noon on Friday, 24 November 2023.

Councils proposed Building Trades and Services Panel is to comprise Suppliers in respect of the provision of:

- Plumbing Services.

- Electrical Services.

- Painting Services.

- General Building & Carpentry Services (inc project management).

- Mechanical Services (inc air conditioning).

- General Concreting Services.

Contractors are to indicate which of the services they are applying for in their tender response.
