Tender Description
The Devonport Sound and Light Show is proposed to be a sound and light performance designed to be played nightly in the Devonport Waterfront Park. The show tells the story of the Mersey River as it meanders from Cradle Mountain through to Bass Strait.
The show will be told using a variety of lighting devices located on pillars depicting symbolism based on the Northwest Coast experience. Speakers will also be incorporated on-site to broadcast the accompanying music.
The scope of work includes.
- Fabrication and installation of feature pillars including supporting structure.
- Construction of footings for feature pillars.
- Installation of inground services and relocation of existing services.
- Electrical works
- Modification of the existing rotunda building to accommodate scheduled equipment.
- Installation of equipment (equipment supplied by others)
